It is well with my soul

Scripture: Acts 9:39-40 
So Peter returned with them; and as soon as he arrived, they took him to the upstairs room. The room was filled with widows who were weeping and showing him the coats and other clothes Dorcas had made for them. But Peter asked them all to leave the room; then he knelt and prayed. Turning to the body he said, “Get up, Tabitha.” And she opened her eyes! When she saw Peter, she sat up!

It seems our prayer warriors have been called into action over and over in recent weeks.  So many people in need of healing and comforting. This Sunday we will hear two healing stories from Acts 9 -- that of Aeneas and Dorcas. There are so many interesting and important details in their stories that apply to the ways we are community together and the way we care for each other.  Join me this Sunday either in person or online.  This Sunday is Mother's Day.  Surprise your mom and join her in church!
