Colossians 3:12-13
Therefore, as God’s choice, holy and loved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Be tolerant with each other and, if someone has a complaint against anyone, forgive each other. As the Lord forgave you, so also forgive each other.

As we wrap up "The Inn: Housing the Holy," we focus on the theme of "Dwelling."  How have we prepared our hearts, lives, and church to be a place where Jesus "dwells?" In his commentary on Colossians, Matthew Henry summarizes Colossians 3:12-13 by saying, "we must put on compassion and kindness; not only cease to do evil, but learn to do well; not only not do hurt to any, but do what good we can to all."  To have Christ dwell in us is to have all our actions stem from Christ's love, wisdom, and guidance.  I look forward to seeing you for worship in person or online the Sunday AFTER Christmas!
