Take, Bless, Break, Give

Mark 6:41 -- Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves into pieces, he kept giving the bread to the disciples so they could distribute it to the people. He also divided the fish for everyone to share.

This Sunday we will revisit a familiar story -- Jesus Feeding the 5000. We'll look at this miracle story as a parable, calling us to model Jesus' actions in Take, Bless, Break, Give. We'll celebrate Holy Communion, too, talking a bit about why we do what we do around this special sacrament. I look forward to seeing you and sharing Communion with you!
